“叫衪”(主耶稣)“得荣耀”──这就是我们生活的目标,因而我们应注意我们所表达的表情,我们的言语、甚至我们说话时的声调、而且我们所交易的一切事业也都要忠直和有信心,这样,世人便确信有一等百姓是忠顺于天上上帝的……

本会注释
主耶和华的灵
。这是《以赛亚书》最重要的篇章之一。对于每一个基督徒来说,这显然是有关弥赛亚的预言。耶稣在祂的故乡拿撒勒曾把这一章用到自己身上(见@路4:16-21@注释)。基督以上帝仆人的身份说话(见@赛41:8@注释)。本章的题材与赛60章密切相关(参赛61:3和赛60:9,15,18,20,21)。 古代的犹太解经家,从本章和《以赛亚书》其他章节中看到了弥赛亚的含义。第1-3节生动地描写了弥赛亚为祂的子民以色列民族和个人所要成就的工作。但因他们拒绝耶稣为弥赛亚(见《SDA圣经注释》本卷第30-33页),这个民族丧失了为弥赛亚工作和接受祂恩惠的资格。
用膏膏我。
希伯来语是mashach,派生出名词mashiach(“受膏者”或“弥赛亚”。见@诗2:2@;@太1:1@;@路4:18@注释)。mashiach 也可译为“使我成为弥赛亚。”通过受膏礼,将有人被任命担任特殊的职位。亚伦被摩西膏立为大祭司(出40:13)。扫罗和大卫都受过撒母耳的膏(撒上10:1;16:13)。以利亚要膏耶户为王,膏以利沙为先知(王上19:16)。基督在受洗的时候(可1:10;路3:21,22),将由父上帝(诗45:7)藉着圣灵(徒10:38)所膏。
传
。基督在地上的大工就是宣布救恩的“好信息”(见@可1:1@注释)。耶稣受膏之后,到处传扬上帝饶恕和悦纳的信息(路4:14,15,21,31,43,44;5:32;6:20;8:1等)。
谦卑的人
。《新约》作者按七十士译本引为“贫穷的人”(见@路4:18@注释;参太11:5)。基督的信息就是为了心灵贫穷(太5:3,5)和谦卑的人。耶稣自己“心里柔和谦卑”(太11:29)。凡到祂那里的人也要变得像祂(见约壹3:1-3)。
医好。
耶稣来是要减除那些在罪担下疲惫不堪之人的痛苦(见@太5:3;11:28-30@;@路4:18@注释)。基督是大医师,专来治疗人的心灵。
报告被掳的得释放
。屈从罪恶的人成了罪的俘掳和奴隶(约8:34;罗6:16)。基督来,是要把人从罪的奴役中解放出来,使他们在祂里面得自由(约8:36;罗6:1-23;8:2,15,21)。这个词本身和所表达的意思,来自禧年的宣言(利25:10;耶34:8;结46:17)。见@路4:18@注释。
报告被掳的得释放
。直译是“恢复视力”,如七十士译本。参路4:18 “瞎眼的得看见”。希伯来语动词paqach 从不用来指打开门,而是特指盲人恢复视力和聋子恢复听力(赛35:5;42:7等)。在赛42:1,7中,上帝的仆人弥赛亚将做这里所预言的工作。

报仇的日子

。直译是“头饰”,“冠冕”或“花环”,如新郎或战场上的胜利者所戴的。喜乐油要代替头上象征悔改和悲哀的灰尘(见赛58:5)。
喜乐油
。参诗45:7用该词指基督。在悲伤和禁食的日子里,希伯来人不使用膏油(但10:3;参太6:17)。现在要消除一切悲哀的迹象。上帝的子民要打扮好准备过节喜庆。他们要用盛装代替举哀的衣服(见亚3:3-5;参路15:22)。

公义树
